Q: Is my question bad or off topic?

sameerThis is my first question in Software Recommendation. I am surprised to see so many downvotes. Is the question really that bad? Please someone explain so I can delete my question after knowing the reason.

Its not a great question. I can't put my finger on what EXACTLY is so bad about it
@JourneymanGeek I have a great app for that... set to speakerphone and turn up the volume and do paperwork beside the phone.
ah well that's more of a workaround and automatic notification could be better

and I love them as an telco
starhub is so much a better name for an ISP than Shaw
Shaw does at least have a reason for it's boring name - founder was a Mr. Shaw
