@MarkHenderson Hmm, they shouldn't. Two of our listed nameservers (the authoritative ones) are down. One because it was turned off when no one knew it was being used for DNS, and the other for some other reason we're having trouble looking into because no one seems to know our customer details with the DNS host that hosts it.

I did an online search anyway, and it seems to have confirmed that although I have to go through a rectal exam of a change control review board to do *anything* (like reboot a hung VM, for example), some asshat modified our nameserver records without saying shit about it.
