And with music in them they work even better. Still not as good as closed ones, but OTOH it is probably better when in the office that I can hear when people speak to me.

Backup/restore docs? Anything to assist, that wouldn't mean rebuilding from scratch or re-deploying the agent to 4.5K clients.
