@RyJones I believe you can MIG weld the types of metal used on bike frames, if you can just get the correct filler metal fix, but you don't want to add that much material, so all the good stuff is TIG welded.

I'm saying that if you're going to introduce a drastic change to voting in the national election, you shouldn't introduce it immediately before a general election for president, and it shouldn't have the largest impact on a demographic that votes strongly against you
