I was thinking parsing a database dump would be necessary

Per-day rep values aren't in the dump - this is kinda cheating, but it works

The network profile shows rep per day linkY so I wrote a script to take the values feeding that graph and transpose that into something workable. Updating badge counts (I hope) should be considerably easier with a few API calls
