Ok, since also we mods don't know how to deal with this, let's hear from you.
We have 2 answers that got voted for deletion, but the system stopped this because they have a positive score. If you voted on them, could you please expand your reasoning here? if you didn't, could you tell me here what do you think of them?

@DanHulme in their current state, I would also think the same, but I can see how some could consider them to contain useful information (that could be better highlighted with editing).

I think any edit big enough to make the transponder one into a proper answer would come under "conflicts with author's intent"

Q: Should "flight-dynamics" be a synonym of "aircraft-physics"?

FedericoThere is currently a tag synonym suggestion that would like to see flight-dynamics as a synonym of aircraft-physics. Do we want to accept this? Are there better alternatives?

FWIW I have applied my downvote on the answer I do not believe is a good answer to the question (Muffler one). I would probably cast a delete vote if mine weren't binding. On the other (transponder) I have not cast any vote. It is ok as an answer, it links to, and quotes the relevant portion. I think it could be improved by the author but would not warrent my delete vote
