There was a question today "Access through secure General Aviation Gate". Michael is seeking feedback on his concept for an app. As an Australian private pilot when I arrive at my local airport (which has lots of RPT so strict requirements) I need to call airport management, wait 5-10 minutes for them to arrive before being escorted through the door. The app would seemingly remove this requirement which is great - but I would be very unlikely to pay for it unless I'm forced to. 1/
In that wait I like to check out the aircraft paperwork, and just take a minute to settle with my passenger(s). When I fly to other airports there is no need to involve airport personnel as the re-entry code for the day is available to pilots in a secure location. If you are reading this then good luck, I'm happy to chat more if you have questions.
