@ymb1 if you'll ever be a mod you'll see that it is not that easy nor clear cut as you think.

it's always easy to say how it should be done when you are not the one doing it

It's also very easy to side with someone who was suspended when all you've seen is the comments that weren't deleted, or when you've only seen the last straw of someone who's been behaving that way a long time and already had many warnings. (NB I'm not talking about any case in particular: these are just common reasons people give moderators grief.)

@DanHulme I steer clear of mathematicians. Those guys are nuts!
