I have a question: should I retag a closed question?

11:53 AM
@kevin can you link it? if it does not get it reopened, please no. if it is required for other reasons, let us know which reason
if are these ones: aviation.stackexchange.com/questions/tagged/defense-aviation I can merge "defense-aviation" into "military"

@Federico I'm retagging "defense-aviation" to "military", all that's left now are two closed questions
yup those are the ones

ok, give me a minute to find the page
done

cool!

next time, if all posts need a 1:1 change of tag, asking for a tag synonym is faster.

hmmm I'll keep that in mind, thx

11:58 AM
I'm not using it in the "fighter-jet" case because sometimes the jet tag is not needed, sometimes there are already 5 tags, etc. so it does not end up being a 1:1 mapping
@fooot , I ping you since you are helping for the fighter-jet one, please skip the closed questions, I will do a tag merge when only those are left.

@Federico I'll let you know, thanks!

@fooot no problem. and btw, when you edit the tags, check if there is anything to be improved in the text as well

Got it, I've been focusing on the tags but will try to check the rest as well.
