@Trish I generally agree, but counterpoint: tag wikis describe what the tag is used for. If a term like
immediate-action has only ever been used with D&D tags on the site, it makes a certain amount of sense to describe it that way. Tag wikis get broadened as their useage gets broadened, it's part of the emergent folksonomy approach to tagging. We don't make tags for questions that haven't been asked yet, and we don't write tag wikis for applications that haven't been made yet.
