@BESW Is there anyone you'd trust to make a Digger adaptation? It's exactly the kind of thing that TV/movie makers tend to get completely wrong.

@RyanfaeScotland Little sleep, lot work. You?
@Miniman ...Chuck Jones, maybe?
[shrug] It's more about the team than any individual, really. Maybe the Jim Henson Company?

@BESW no you did not say we have, I'm just clarifying my point

@BESW Hmmmm. I guess I struggle to picture what a good adaptation would look like - maintaining the lighthearted nature of it while taking it seriously seems like it would be difficult to do.

I mean,.. it also had some dark stuff going on in it too

Ooh, Laika would be good for Digger.
They did Coraline, ParaNorman, and Kubo and the Two Strings.
And stop-motion would be perfect for Digger.

@BESW Not bad, getting over a cold and planning out this weeks gaming.
Alas work calls for me to, but first bedtime.

11:52 PM
@BESW The only one of those I've seen was Kubo, but it was great. And definitely the right style.

@Miniman I recommend the others too, especially ParaNorman. Kubo's definitely the most remarkable but the others are worthwhile.
And the director of those films? Is the guy behind the Bumblebee movie, which is actually good.

@BESW Interesting, I've heard mixed things about it.
Also, some Googling later, I'm surprised to learn that Coraline isn't a Tim Burton movie as I had always assumed.

@Miniman Nope, and it's the better for it. I'm not a massive Gaiman fan but the Coraline film works well.
