One of my players tried to make the case that an alchemist applying bombs to arrows through explosive arrow should only have to use touch AC, since it's a concussive explosive force and not a piercing arrow.

I mean, consider how many people it takes to make a B-17 go up in the air vs. how many people it takes to fly a B-17 mission.
