@Zachiel I'd love to know enough about 3.5 to help, but I started at 4e and might buy into next...buy my group is probably sticking with 4e for the forseable future so I don't anticipate knowing a whole ton about next....and as intriguing as 3.5 is I can't see myself getting far enough into it to really be expert at it
I'm not selling the books because they aren't even mine (I'm the last in a chain of DMs who used the same manuals) but I don't want to touch them for playing with my group anymore.
shrugs Lots of people have had lots of great times with 3.5. I won't run another campaign in it, I have other options more suited to my playstyle and time constraints, but I don't harbord too many bad feelings for the system.
