Well, yeah. I could probably load a dos from a usb stick. But it's more straight forward to burn a win90se boot disc and load the flash utility and bios off a floppy, because the boot disc probably doesn't support ntfs or usb sticks.

This question is not being close voted by mods, it's voted upon by users of this site, your question is too localized because idle and maximum temperatures differ from person to person, they depend on ambient temperatures, airflow of your case, and if you did a bad thermal job, you can expect high temperatures. So @JourneymanGeek, you think running vmware tools installer with -y would run through the install script without asking questions? I am writing documentation.
hmm... I just had to run through the installer 6 times tonight on client machines. I wanted to try it very bad, but didn't want to have to revert to a snapshot if I didn't have to.

Even if they feel the asker doesn't 'deserve' an answer, what if someone else has the same question? If they ask, it'll be marked as a duplicate. Of an unanswered question purely because the asker of that one has a low accept rate.
@JourneymanGeek But Windows XP file are cracked and this is what W7 upgrade can find. It can find the license has been wrong/used and block install stating "pirated copy".

Could anyone help me with accessing LAN over VPN? I got working VPN server and want to access another machine that is in LAN where is VPN server hosted.
So I got 10.10.100.245 for my machine and 10.10.100.1 for VPN server, the server itself in target LAN has an IP address 10.17.94.16

Who uses here Evernote? Do you know how to customize scrolling speed of mouse when navigating throughout the note? It makes huge steps for me so I have to use left button for dragging for more precise navigation.
