Yup, but it keeps the data on my Mac partition. If I try the other way, I get a Folder exists error. Even as root, I can't delete the folder inside my Home Folder to re-create it
Okay, I think I haven't understood a few things. Why can't you use mount? You said because it's a FAT32 partition. Can't you mount FAT32 partitions on OSX by default?
Even if it has no UUID, you should be able to mount it through /dev/sdxN
@OliverSalzburg Right, it is FAT32.... But it automatically mounts just as the volume name (/Volumes/DATA). Inside of that are the 5 folders I want to link, and keep the after DATA for the files on the separate partition.

@OliverSalzburg I have option of trimming the picture in my 2006 y.o. compact camera but after trimming, picture turns from 6 MP to 3 MP. Is it normal? Is trimming same as cropping?

@JourneymanGeek That was my first foray into data recovery. But luckily, I had already read up enough on what the right thing to do is, that I got everything back. It just cost me a couple hundred dollars at the end. :P
ProTip: Double check the TXT/XML file Speccy produces... Apparently, there's a bug where it won't output the Windows product key sometimes. It's worked for me in the past, so I didn't think to double check. I lost a product key. :(
@Mokubai depends on currency... I just sent $11.50 and got charged 12c, so, not a lot... I guess 1% rounded up - not sure how accurate their currency rate is either, but, I am happy overall... (FYI, today was - 1 GBP = 1.51302USD )

@sidran32 Fun. I made an effort to acquire as much software from Microsoft/MSDN/Dreamspark while I was an eligible student. I have a bunch of unused keys for lots of MS software. :P
@JourneymanGeek Same here. Their laptops I trust less. But they make good desktops. Just if you're an enthusiast with intent on lots of heavy upgrading, it may be a bit less than you'd like.
But for my family, I tend to recommend Dell for their desktops.
@JourneymanGeek I dont' know about that one. All I know is my XPS 410 had a tremendous case. I had to crack the thing open for a few upgrades and it was a dream to work with. Also, airflow was fantastic. :)
