And finally making progress again, I'm occassionally finding a file or two that'll really screw it up...

The modern web is ripe for drawing. Whether you’re making a swanky animation, a game, interactive art, a data visualization, or an eye-catching resume, there’s no shortage of tools to choose from. When I started to code, I wanted to build a music visualization tool to represent my music library, and was overwhelmed by the number of ways available to tackle it. I kicked the can down the road for weeks (okay… months), paralyzed by the possibilities. Should I use an impressive-looking JavaScript library like paper.js for 2D or three.js for 3D? Or should I stick to native HTML Canvas or WebG …

Picasso-based laptop, Ryzen 7 no less, for less than $600? Wow.
8 GB RAM, 256 GB NVMe SSD. The specs are actually decent.
It's not a meaningful upgrade over my current laptop, but putting it out there in case anybody here is interested.
(FWIW I paid $850 for this HP ENVY x360 when I got it 16 months ago)

512 GB SSD.
Memory? 4 GB soldered, with one SO-DIMM slot.
Looking at the service manual... two fans? Wat?
That's overkill for a Ryzen Mobile processor and nothing else.
What's the cTDP on this thing? That should enable 25W operation...
Also, Samsung SSD \o/
Sadly, no USB PD charging :(
