I'm not sure why you're checking the title and class, though

When you press Shift + Alt, it will run what's inside that block.

If you want an endless loop, well, you would have to check key state every iteration rather than use an actual hotkey. When AHK already provides hotkeys, you do not need to implement your own.

@avirk That's different, because it relies on visible components that can be manipulated using keypresses/mouse clicks anyway. AHK is just automating that very nicely.

The page source is normally hidden and can only be modified with special extensions/user scripts.

A: Not able to delete or save photos in Picasa for OS X

I found out through Googling that this problem is due to read only properties of the files. So you have to check that your images are not set to read only. Also it's worth to try uninstalling and re-installing Picasa. From this source Where are the photos located when you try to edit them...
