@ThatREDACTEDGuy what I prefer to do in those situations is to zip the file and split the zip into 10+ parts, so i can download with 10 streams simultaneously
Is there an easy way to disable the "notification" notifacation from sites in Chrome. Nevermind I think I figured it out. chrome://settings/content/notifications let's see if it works
@CanadianLuke - Since you're a mod on freelance, and Startups closed, would it be an ok question to ask about how far back before EIN filing you can assign training costs as a business expense?
@djsmiley2k Can you submit a suggestion that an option is enabled to add a number label to the first 9 items in the taskbar? I know <kbd>Windows</kbd>+<kbd>1-9</kbd> will launch / switch to that window, but after 4 or 5, I need to count to figure out which program will launch with which number
@JohnP If you're a freelancer, and you're not asking about freelancing websites to get work, then it's usually always on topic. Just make sure it's not strictly a legal question, as some of the community frowns upon questions based solely on legal advice
@CanadianLuke It's definitely freelance, but probably not web/digital based other than I will ahve a website. I am going to be teaching self defense seminars as a sideline, with a "doors open" date of April 1 this year. I had training for this at our National tournament in Feb, as well as at Worlds last year.
@djsmiley2k Freelancer.com is a 3rd party site, used for connecting freelancers with clients. They deal with the contracts, hold funds in escrow, handle the disputes between customers, etc. It's very different from the Freelancing.SE site, as 90% of the questions about the other Freelance sites is "how do I get unbanned" or "how do I get started"
I use Windows 10 and SSHing into a remote Ubuntu 16.04 machine with Putty.
I copy pasted the following code from my personal GitHub account into the Putty session:
cat <<-EOF >> "$HOME"/.bashrc
export s_a="/etc/nginx/sites-available"
export s_e="/etc/nginx/sites-enabled"
export drt=...
As for the graphics card shortage, AMD is limited by availability of graphics memory, both GDDR5 and HBM2. Availability of the GPU silicon per se isn't the bottleneck.

Hmm... So far, the dumbest thing I've said in this chat room today has received two stars.
@bertieb Thing that it doesn't address (and what I wonder about) is if the water absorbs all that radiation, does it not become radioactive itself like that rod thing that the dude picked up?
@allquixotic I probably have one spare tbh
It'd probably cost me more than $8 to ship it to you though
Water is used as a shielding material in nuclear reactors. What's its function as a shield? Does it absorb neutrons and is there a reaction between water and neutrons?
Curious. If water does a good job of slowing down neutron radiation to the point it's not really radiation, just thermal neutrons, wouldn't the water end up full of just random free neutrons floating about?
Oh never mind, read further down. They decay.
Somehow the best answer is at the bottom with zero score
Let's fix that
@djsmiley2k Lol I had an old friend from England yesterday who said he couldn't tell if I was trolling or not when I said we never get snow in Edinburgh
