the entire sys admin team at work hardly use it.

that's another thing to understand, different places can be vastly different in how they work

there's no one size fits all way of working in IT

I've worked in everything from places where stuff is bodged together so badly that eletricans wouldn't touch it, to places where you had to sign 2 forms and get signed off by a manager just to plug in a network cable!

i've had jobs where it was 100% stress all the time, and jobs where it was that 1% of stress because something had blown up

it really hugely varies between places

generally depending on how well managed they were

My current place, I'm a network admin, but I can ask my senior anything

but other places i would be given a task, and left to do it

Is it just me or is Chrome acting weird all of a sudden? It's like it completely forgot how to order my history and favourites and is now just giving me mostly randomly ordered recommendations when I type something into the search bar.
