For whatever reason, my laptop battery is misreporting its capacity. It's claiming its full charge capacity is less than it is, then its current capacity jumps above its claimed full charge capacity while discharging.

@JourneymanGeek Depends on the cooler. Some aftermarket coolers come with a small tube of paste from the same manufacturer (Noctua bundles NT-H1 with their high-end coolers), while others come with pre-applied paste. Not every cooler comes with paste, though.
