hi bob.
drivers reinstalled, win 10 "inplace" reinstalled and I am back to square one
in the meanwhile I found this: answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/…
is it possible to do this via regedit?
Go to Control panel...Power Options, and select Choose What the Power Buttons Do on the left.
Then select Change Settings That are Currently Unavailable near the top center of screen...
(i.e., can I "uncheck fast startup" from the registry?)
Using your sample data (Note - I've mixed up row 2 and 3 so you can see they're performing a lookup, not just assuming positions):
The formula:
=SUM(INDEX(Sheet1!C:XFD,MATCH(A1,Sheet1!A:A,0),0))
This adds up all columns from C to XFD (The last possible column in Excel 2007+), by finding t...
I was mostly just hoping someone could verify I'm not missing something glaringly obvious... I've analysed the same blocks of cells trying to work out where they're finding an issue
@DavidPostill They keep changing and many times copy each other. And don't get me started on name changes, unifications, all the political stuff... Flags are weird, man.
I tried to put my own server, updated the VPS, I downloaded the latest version of the Linux server, I tried to extract the server, and I came across a pink deviation.
How can I resolve this?
@ArtOfCode The proposed method has actually been mentioned a few times, and would be ridiculously easy to implement. Would take all of 5 mins, if that.
But then I realise it's kinda pointless and I'm never gonna read them anyway.
Not to mention the flood of edit messages and who knows what else :\
In the fields of chronology and periodization, an epoch is an instant in time chosen as the origin of a particular era. The "epoch" then serves as a reference point from which time is measured. Time measurement units are counted from the epoch so that the date and time of events can be specified unambiguously.
Events taking place before the epoch can be dated by counting negatively from the epoch, though in pragmatic periodization practice, epochs are defined for the past, and another epoch is used to start the next era, therefore serving as the ending of the older preceding era. The whole purpose...
> Most people aren’t used to the kind of USB storage performance the T3 can deliver. Really. So no matter what you do, don’t buy a T3 (or a T1). Speed addiction is a scary thing. Seriously, if you buy a T3 and find yourself harboring a sudden urge to burn salt in Utah with a jet car, don’t blame me.
looks like i am going to upgrade the landlords computer for WAY less than i would have thought. add one cheapskate who would spend Days shopping + minimal needs + used parts from regular peoples upgrading + leftovers from previous builds + not needing a xeon or the latest greatest = like 1/4th the price. Lets see how much BS i have to go through to get it actually working. Will It Boot?
By default SMS is sent using GSM control channel. But various more recent extensions allow SMS to be sent as data via GPRS, but not all networks support it. By default all networks support the SDCC method.

Meeting of the minds (also referred to as mutual agreement, mutual assent or consensus ad idem) is a phrase in contract law used to describe the intentions of the parties forming the contract. In particular it refers to the situation where there is a common understanding in the formation of the contract. This condition or element is often considered a necessary requirement to the formation of a contract.
== History ==
Richard Austen-Baker has suggested that the perpetuation of the idea of 'meeting of minds' may come from a misunderstanding of the Latin term consensus ad idem, which actually means...
@Zirak @allquixotic They're on the WebDriver branch of allq's repo. Your choice if you want to pull them, but they're not compatible with nightmare/hound.
> "binding contract once read": That can't possibly constitute a "meeting of the minds" and therefore can't be legally enforceable. Also, you don't have any right to bind Stack Exchange to any such agreement.
I'm not going to risk a legal threat, though, so I'm not responding directly to that user, nor am I removing the clause.
I was about to post that as a comment but I'm not risking it.
