@RobMoir Not really a problem, just wanted you to know. I just added the chat room to my chat room list, I might or might not expand to more sites in the near future so...

Editing all tag wikis on the site
Dunno about the usefulness of the first two, but I'll try to get the tag wiki quantity / quality higher.
Perhaps not immediately due to project work and exams, but my second semester looks like I will have lots of free time...
I mean more tag wikis filled in and more of higher quality, I should indeed have used a & character instead. But I usually type a / when I mean pick one of both...
@Sathya: Did I miss a new policy where moderators get to open questions by themselves? Not the first time I see this happen today, but I would love to get some explanation because the question doesn't make any sense in its current form...
The current answer might be what he is after but his question is written is such way that CTRL+A CTRL+C fits the bill.
@TomWijsman mods have had binding close and reopen votes since ever. That question is a little vague, but I think people can get the idea of what he's trying to do. People are too quick to close posts sometimes when all they need is a bit of editing and TLC to make sense.
@TomWijsman and that's exactly what was done here. Everyone should be happy. Sathya edited the post to make more sense, then reopened it. Pretty standard.
@Tom you have been a bit judgmental of people's questions lately. While it's important to make sure we filter out the bad questions, we don't want to drive people away by challenging everything that comes along. Asking for clarification is great, but getting dragged into extensive arguments isn't productive for anyone involved.
@TomWijsman I would agree that the answer is trivial, since more isn't specified. However, I don't think it is an invalid question, just because of brevity.
There was a very clear question this morning about Hyper-V in which you were pretty confrontational. If somebody doesn't want to clarify, that's unfortunate, but being rude to them isn't going to improve the question.
Look, I'm not trying to put you down, I'm just saying that you often end up in very long, heated discussions with people that we then have to clean up. If you can accept that sometimes people are wrong - be it them or you - and just move on and let them be wrong, everyone would be much happier.
Well, I digress. Just wanted to let you know that we've noticed this happening a lot, and that if you can do anything about it, it'd be appreciated. That's all, we can move on now.
@nhinkle Remember that on the flip-side, I always try to act in good faith. Agreeing with a moderator which opinion was right (Diago), helping a question get to the right public because we ain't got any experts (Hyper-V) or avoiding vagueness / subjective questions that can lead to debates (this one, and others).
@TomWijsman that's not what I'm trying to say. Your contributions are valuable, it would just be nice if you could try to keep the language a bit more mild in the comments. That is all I'm getting at.
@SimonSheehan I'm pretty sure 6-to-8 has chat support these days, but I could be wrong. Check stackapps and see if any do chat, I know at least one of the iPhone apps does
@nhinkle Yeah, but those are three clicks. Once to get there, once to rejoin all and once to refresh the other tab so it properly loads the messages... :(
@nhinkle Eh well, I'll watch my comments next time, if not I'll try a meta question for a community perspective on the debate and else I just leave the community once and for all. :/
@TomWijsman a meta question is definitely one option that would be good. Nobody's asking you to leave, but watching the comments would be appreciated. Thanks for understanding :)
@nhinkle The thing is that I don't understand it. I just need to get a definitive understandable why it is right or wrong on such things. It doesn't help if an opposing person denies me all the time without an understanding why he thinks that it is wrong when I'm pretty sure that it is right. (Or there wouldn't be a problem...)
I agree it can be frustrating when the other person doesn't want to give a good explanation and doesn't seem to get it. It happens to all of us, and can be difficult to handle.
On my browser, I use the tabs that always load on start to join chat rooms. I usually have 2 - 3 of such tabs. Now when the browser is opened again after some time, I am in two chat rooms but not in all the others I was in before.

And now I'm off for today. I blame bad parties as well as two to three things a week that need to get finished for university for giving me a bad mood... :(
Now I would feel guilty for writing a small blog post instead of working on a project or homework, but on the other hand I'm wasting time on Stack Exchange anyway... :P
Situation:
1st occurrence: without reason a new draft in mail opened up with non-sense text in the body, no TO,CC or subject
2nd and reoccurring every day around 2 PM: bing search with non-sense text
the text slightly changes but most of the time starts with "him him him him him ..."

It would be really helpful if I didn't have to manually join the rooms I'm interested in every time I launch chat. What I'd suggest is one of two mechanisms for auto-joining chat rooms.
Auto-Join Favorites
Make a setting so that you will automatically join rooms you mark as 'favorites'.

@TomWijsman I have been learning Java/JSP for work, and, I just have a few questions that have been driving me mad... but... a bit too noobish for SO... even too noobish to add to my Sockpuppet account!... Maybe I should though!...
@TomWijsman wow... cool... want to take this to Fake Programmers so no one gets annoyed, or shall I just write here... not that much!...
Well, this video shows my problem best : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yDeChV254Ck&feature=youtu.be
If I have a page that is proper/ok, everything works fine and as expected.
If I purposely induce an error (which I have been doing loads of whilst learning!), Eclipse doesn't show an error a...
@soandos Latest... I am really not an expert or know much at all... I downloaded the latest EE version of Eclipse and I also downloaded Tomcat from within Eclipse... so, guessing all latest stuff
@soandos: If these were groups of people and I had an automatic robot that could throw preciesly, where should I throw my three tear gas grenades in order to be the most effective.
Or, one could let an user draw spray a lot of dots in a computer program. Then the program turns them into X armies and assign a leader in them (group them), then the dots (soldiers) walk to the leader (the dot closest to the random dot) and then the leaders decide what other group to fight.
And there are probably a ton of other examples. It just groups them and tries to find a middle...
One could for example take all the tags on Super User and try to put the tags into categories (based on them being used together or some other features).
operating-system has two children linux and windows, linux has multiple children like ubuntu, windows has windows-xp, windows-vista, windows7, and so on...
You don't need to have a tag operating-system for that, just name the leaves.
This one shows edit distances between words, another possibility.
Although that is barely of any use on tags as you can sort them alphabetically and look for similarly named tags... :P
But might be an interesting way to categorize questions and suggesting tags for them. Not that that is a real problem.
But well, this will be surely be useful for finding duplicate questions and for ever programming my rss/twitter aggregator (personal trending topics, categorization, google news like stuff and what not)...
Anyhow, back to homework. :D
I always get off-thoughts during interesting courses, hateful when all you need to do at that moment is study the course or make homework for it...
