So in practice it was just a retail key. Nonetheless, to stay within the terms of the license I should install MS-DOS 6.22, upgrade to 7 Ultimate, then upgrade to 10 Pro.
Problem
After updating my graphics driver to the latest version from NVIDIA, my third monitor which is an Acer V226WL is not displaying the proper and native resolution. The native resolution is 1680 x 1050. I have a GeForce 660, and have had no problems until now with my monitors.

My servers are experiencing high network latency. Not sure what's going on but pings are very high (averaging 200+ ms). No problems pinging 8.8.4.4 and Web pages are loading normally.

However, I am already familiar with StackExchange and regularly use SE Network, I had misunderstanding about the on-topic of this community which is cleared today!! When I visited on-topic page today with concentration.
I had come to SE network with my first account on AskUbuntu which is my oldest account.
As a close reason for off topic, it says "those about *Windows on SuperUser":
And the idea that SU is Q & A site for Windows (power) user. But After visiting on-topic, I found that Super User welcomes the questions about Computer Software & Hardware (in general - not relevant with Windows!)
Now, I realized that SU is actually very helpful site for Super Users!
:D
I am going to discuss on meta of AskUbuntu to change words about SU for off-topic close reason.
I am using NOD32 on 1 laptop and another laptop has fee antivirus. I am thinking of getting Kaspersky Antivirus license for $5. I could get MOD32 for $10 but want to see how Kaspersky will run.
I heard it is as effecteive as NOD32 but how resource intensive is it?
At the Off-Topic Close reason, we use "those about Windows on Super User". So, there is full chance of misunderstanding that "SuperUser is about Windows power user"! But actually SuperUser welcomes the questions about computer software and hardware (in general).
So, I request to change...
@Pandya I think you're misunderstanding the close reason text. It's not meant to explain what the site is about, it's meant to tell the OP where they should ask their question, which is off-topic for Ask Ubuntu
