@Makyen I don't know if the posting of this is semi-automated, or you do it manually each time. But, since this is almost always a reply, you could put it all in one message using that "one neat trick".
@CodyGray I tried it as a single reply over in the sandbox, but felt it looked better with paragraphs. I tried several different versions (34, so far), but didn't find one that really looked reasonable as a single message, IMO.
Sending it is semi-manual each time, although not a lot of work. The userscript that automates posting multiple chat messages, which I owe releasing to you, makes it just click "reply", copy & paste the text from the text I have of commonly used Charcoal messages, wait for all of the messages SD is going to post, then click the "multi-part" button added to the chat UI by the userscript, and then wait for the messages to be sent.
Yeah, I can get something reasonable, if I target a single viewport width, but there is, of course, no way to reasonably assume people will be reading it at any particular viewport width.
I believe so. I looked them up and used all the ones which were in a few different lists. IIRC, some seemed to be stripped, while others were prevented from doing anything by CSS. I've tried some combinations of blank characters which should cause word wrapping, but those really were affected by viewport width, or left large vertical gaps.
@CodyGray Experience, mostly. I normally add someone by pushing to the SD repository and include "autopull" in the commit message. Currently, MS will post a message about CI passing and SD will post a "started at" message and a "Restart: API quota is xxxxx" message. I can't know what post reports SD might send to chat, but I can avoid the messages which are going to happen on CI testing and reboot.
Well.... it should be possible to anticipate those by a bit, most of the time. The posts are also reported to MS and MS sends them out via the MS WebSocket, which is typically a couple/few seconds before the chat message in here. I guess it would also be possible to cause SD to be rate limited in chat by posting in other rooms, which could be used as a delaying method. So, possible, just not worth it. :;

@CodyGray That pattern looks like it's already caught by Potentially bad keyword in answer and Potentially bad keyword in body Append -force to the command word(s) if you really want to add the pattern you provided.
@SmokeDetector @ThomasWard The message I'm replying to implies that SD thinks Thoth is using 2 CPUs. I had previously been under the impression that Thoth used 4 CPU cores. I'm just wanting to confirm which it is, so I know if SD is accurately detecting the number of CPU cores, as SD limits the number of parallel scanning threads based on the number of CPUs it detects.
