@Joundill If you have SD privileges, you can reply to the bot with fp for false positive. But SD finds things that are spam and/or R/A. It isn't for finding things that need to be closed. See also Introduction to Participating for more info
@cocomac Cheers :) I saw the post pop up on SOCVR, and clicked through. SD picked it up because it's got "writing service" in the body, but the OP was just talking about writing a service-layer class :)

it'd be helpful to me if we: (1) flipped the position and text, so that it was: "(bad keyword in body): (keyword here), position (1234, 5678)" so that our eyeballs on mobile viewing (or even desktop viewing with long "reason" reports) had an easier time finding why it was (or wasn't) picked up, as well as (2) split separate keyword reasons to separate lines (again, for easy scanning)
but that's me dropping a penny in the wishing well, since I'm not a developer :)
well, I'm lost into the bowels of metasmoke and SD trying to find where 'post.why' is populated (in order to rework it); ms's show.html.erb calls render_links on posts.why; render_links just appears to perform HTML escapes, so the text has already been formatted by that point. the buildup of 'why' in findspam is probably where it'd have to change, and my brain already hurts, so I'm waving the white flag :)
oh! it's just <pre>, so maybe it's in match_infos but now I'm really stopping
@JeffSchaller yeah, it's pretty hairy, it would be nice to break it down into structured information but that would require a fairly complex refactoring of the database schema on the ms side
