@SmokeDetector I'm not thrilled with this, but I'm not seeing any affiliation. The blog post is by "Philip Westfall" on 2021-08-12, so long enough ago such that it might be found organically.
@cigien A normalized version, {'61480020996'}, of that pattern is already on the number watchlist. You can use !!/bisect-number 61-480-020-996 to determine which entries on the number lists match that pattern.
@SmokeDetector There's history of this username spamming for this domain. In the past, it's been plagiarized content with a spam link added. In this case, I didn't find a source for the text, but it looks like similar spam.

Hey guys, quick question. Smokey posts stuff that isn't deleted with a 5 min delay in chat.meta.stackexchange.com/rooms/89/tavern-on-the-meta , does anyone know from the top of their head if smokey looks at FP feedback received as well when deciding what to repost or not?
Hmm, I'm not sure when feedback was provided on that post. It'll probably need an admin to take a look at it. @tripleee is around I think, so they may be able to see what's going on. There was a bug (unrelated to SD) that caused such an issue a while back, so this may be similar. (BTW, the link you shared is only visible to admins, and you, presumably).
Yeah, I checked the post. I'm not sure if/how I can see the timestamps for the feedback though. I don't know what's up with Glorfindel, they don't have access to anything I don't afaik :p
