@Makyen That pattern looks like it's already caught by Potentially bad keyword in body and Potentially bad keyword in answer; append -force if you really want to do that.
@Yatin There's not a lot which Charcoal can do with respect to suggested edits. Our members don't necessarily have >2k rep on any particular site. There are a number of moderators who hang out or visit, so we might be able to forward a request to the CMs for a specific image to be removed from Imgur, but that could be handled by any moderator on any site.
Overall, suggested edits aren't really a good fit for bringing Charcoal in. I'm sure our members would do what they can, but it's not something which Charcoal is focused on.
