@tripleee I agree that there are several spam posts by someone using this username over the last few hours, and that the username is the common thread. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of innocent users that use that name (about 3 pages on SO). I'm having a hard time seeing a blacklist of this username as appropriate.

@Daniil No, it wasn't. An "ongoing campaign" is very narrowly defined. It means a set of posts which are substantially similar which have already been sufficient to qualify other things for the blacklist. It does not mean something that's just starting up and has only 3 entries.

It's intended to mean campaigns with substantially similar posts which have lots of spam that are just adding a new domain or thing to the campaign.
