@Dharman Because one of the user's answers was deleted 44 seconds prior to me looking at it. At this point, at least three answers which linked to that site have been deleted.

@Undo @ThomasWard Just FYI: It looks like the process for joining the Charcoal Team is broken after the move of MS. When trying to go through the process, the user can get the user-specific email address they're supposed to use, but after giving that email address to SE, the page where MS is supposed to tell them the code from SE continues to claim that the email from SE has not been received. There's a GitHub issue.
It's possible that the setup for the email catch-all isn't the same as it was prior to the move.
@SmokeDetector This might be spam. Questions that praise a site, link to it, and ask if it's still good or if it's good for a particular purpose are often deliberate spam. But it's hard to know for sure, and that domain doesn't appear to be spammed before.

@SmokeDetector I think that post would also qualify as spam, in that it's an explicit request to be contacted, based on the pretext of having something of unlikely high value to offer, which the author will not give but promise to give if contacted. I can't speak to the intent of the post author, but it fits the pattern of taken by various kinds of scams, and I think it's reasonable to treat as spam.
