I don't know if you're familiar with that site or not, but having just the association bonus implies that you might not be familiar with that site. cutwin.com is a link shortening service which pays you money to use their links. Any use of it is inherently an attempt by the user to earn money by you clicking on the link. In other words, it's always spam.
@Makyen The !!/blacklist command has been deprecated. Please use !!/blacklist-website, !!/blacklist-username,!!/blacklist-keyword, or perhaps !!/watch-keyword. Remember to escape dots in URLs using \.
@Olivia It would also be nice to have the same logic about not re-reporting a recently reported post for !!/allspam/!!/reportuser. My expectation was that it wouldn't re-report the post which had already been reported. That, obviously, was even more important given that you had reported the rest of the answers in the intervening time. It would be fine to have -force versions of those commands, but, IMO, the default should be to not re-report.
I tried one of the links in a controlled environment and it landed me on a cutwin.com page with lots of advertisements and attempts at popups. It looked like I'd have to click on the page to get to wherever the destination of the link was. When I tried clicking, it wanted me to download a "new version" of Flash. I didn't. The text on the page was sufficient to describe cutwin's business model, although I did try going to the cutwin.com homepage to see if there was more info about the company.
