@SmokeDetector that's been alive since an hour; if you click on the link in the answer, it takes you to a Steam discussion where a user posts a link to a security.SE question, the exact question reported. The author of the answer seems to be toxically ranting against the user who posted the link to the security.SE link; clear red flag.

@Makyen Thanks for head up. I miss understood smokey message. It's don't say black listed number so I force. I rember your suggestion 'potentially bad key word in {answer/body/title/username}' means it's already on the watchlist. 'Bad keyword in {answer/body/title/username}' means it's on the blacklist.' But confuse with number. Next time Sure I ignore and don't force that.
@thesecretmaster I don't know. It was from this message. I am just amused that it lists "admin" as a permission I have and that I need to contact an admin to correct my permission error. Don't mind my weird amusements late at night
@Shree Yeah, sorry about that. The watched/blacklisted number list was added as a reason with somewhat different wording. When reading it, I had to double check that it was what I what I thought it was. For me, the telltale information that makes it clear it's one of the BL/watchlist number reasons is in the why for the detection. In the why, the watched/blacklisted number reasons always say if the number was found "verbatim" or "normalized".
It looks like the response to a !!/watch-number when it's already in one of those two lists is "Bad phone number" or "Potentially bad phone number"

@SmokeDetector This is undisclosed affiliation. The user's profile indicates they are associated with a Magneto partner with the same name as the site. I only checked 10 out of their 33 posts. Every single one that I checked linked to the same site. None of them had disclosure. Some are just blatant promotion of their extension(s).
I don't have time right now to check through all of their posts. At least some appear salvageable, but others are clear spam. If someone wants to check through them, go for it.

@tripleee Sometimes MS pages load slowly and so does the Status page, sometimes one is OK and the other not, sometimes both work fine; this behaviour has been occurring for the last several minutes.
Would you please check if a reboot is necessary, or if there's a slim chance it's simply my connection to the website?
