@Shree 1) the user has deleted their own post, which makes it unlikely that they will do it again, so no blacklisting is necessary. 2) it's a user with >1 reputation, and the correct flag for those is actually NAA ("cat on keyboard").

@Shree MS doesn't actually know what "rude", "v", or "vandalism" is. It really only understands "fp", "tp", and "naa". Through the various tools (e.g. FIRE, SD, etc.) when you feedback as "rude" it gets translated to "tpu" when it's actually sent to metasmoke, or when it's evaluated by SD for the blacklists (the u). So, yes, "rude" does result in the user being added to the blacklist.
