@NogShine Your comment on that post is maybe a bit misleading to others. Just because it's plagiarized doesn't mean it should be flagged as spam. Perhaps you could word it "This is merely a spam link with plagiarized content"

VLQ and NAA are not cumulative (mostly). A single VLQ/NAA flag puts it in the review queue. More VLQ and NAA flags only increase the number of "Looks OK" responses that are needed to kick it out of the review queue. They don't otherwise help.
@tripleee More people reviewing the queues, or a moderator. However, there are very few users on Stack Apps that can review (2k), and the moderators are not that active.
The real problem is that Stack Apps has the rep levels set as a fully graduated site, while the participation level on the site would get it shut down if it was a normal beta site. This results in a very low number of users that can do much of any moderation.
@tripleee I'm undecided. The post could qualify as gibberish, IMO, but I'm really not sure if it's someone trying to ask a question, or not (with very bad English?). I went with NAA. In this case, my main reason for, possibly, using R/A is the moderation issues on the site.
Frankly, yes, it should have more mods. While making all mods able to moderate on Stack Apps might work, I don't really see a reason to break out of the normal model: just appoint additional moderators. There's at least one high rep user that's active who would probably make a good additional mod.

@Mithrandir That would probably help. It would certainly increase the pool of people who could review. Adding an additional moderator or two would also help. One of the four moderators was seen yesterday, and another in August, but the other two haven't been around for a month, or two.
@Makyen I was looking a bit too broad (made assumptions and didn't actually click the moderators tab). There are only 2 moderators. However, of those I looked at, they are the ones which had been on the site most recently (yesterday and early August). The others I looked at are employees.
