@thesecretmaster IMO, that user's contributions step over the line established in this Meta post. 6 of their 7 posts (all answers) were posted within a single hour on the day the account was created. All but one of those 6 are short link-only answers, which link to their projects/gems. Only the longest of those 6 discloses affiliation. Even if all of them disclosed affiliation, they would, IMO, be over the line established in that Meta post:
"if a huge percentage of your posts include a mention of your product, you're clearly here for the wrong reasons." For that user, the percentage is 86% (there's no actual specified percentage), which is, IMO, for this usage, "a huge percentage of" their posts (i.e. 6 out of 7). IMO, the user created the account in order to promote their projects/gems. There may have been some intent to help people, but it's clear that the primary intent was to promote.

While not a good situation I don't know if the odd one is that tragic - after all they don't get auto-flagged and I gather in the above case it got a total of two spam flags so it's not like it was close to deletion.
@PeterJ Oh, agreed. The odd mistake is totally understandable. What I'm trying to dig into is when odd mistakes become a pattern that needs something doing about.
@ArtOfCode Would it be much hassle to add something like the feedback accuracy for manual reports? There's probably so few false positives just the occasional peek at it would pick up any patterns, especially when the recent ones will be a prompt to take a look at someone's history.
