I consider it likely that this user is a sockpuppet, who is just continuing to spam for circuitbread.com. It's possible the user is independent, but I consider that unlikely.

@SmokeDetector This plagiarizes the code from the link provided, which is only marginally related to the question. Given that the linked post was created today and has a blatant spam link at the end of the answer, I believe that this is actually spam. Spam first to get people to go to the linked site, then from there to the "Packers and Movers in Dubai" link that's there. I consider it quite likely that this user created that entry in order to spam it (unproven undisclosed affiliation).
