@StephenKennedy I don't know why he's not pingable at the moment; he's probably busy with studies, if I had to guess. I just noticed that it doesn't autocomplete when you type @BhargavRao, which means that a regular user can't ping him.

majority will assume the majority verdict is correct (and invalidate others) if it has 2 more feedbacks than any other class (so, if feedbacks are k k f k, it'll assume the f is wrong and invalidate it, but not if it was k k f)
user precedence assigns numeric values to roles in rough hierarchical order and the feedback class that has the highest total UP is assumed correct
