@iBug Yeah, I'm not sure. I recall seeing somewhere that we should add the "invalid" label and potentially about reporting users. I don't recall the criteria for reporting vs. just marking invalid.

That would be good to know. If they don't want them reported, then, obviously, we shouldn't do so. It's not clear if the powers that be :-) are looking at those PRs marked "invalid" during this time to see if specific users accumulate multiple such marks on their PRs. Looking through the repos that person had forked, it looks like they had done it about 8–10 times, so far, some PRs had not been closed yet, but none were approved. There were also other people with similar PRs in those projects.

Anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get changes in FIRE's "fire.scss" file and AIM's "autoflagging.css" file to be compiled to CSS (for "fire.scss") and to propagate to be served by charcoal-se.org, which is where both scripts load their CSS from. Does it periodically check for changes in the source files on GitHub in the userscripts repository?
I don't pretend to understand this stuff but Github has some behind-the-scenes voodoo which you can probably find documentation for if you know what it's called, Jekyll something?
Sounds good. My main concern was if there was a need for me to do something that I didn't know I needed to do. As long as it's set up to be automatic, I'm good. I'm still interested in the details, but I can go digging for those. Thanks for the pointers, both of you.

@tripleee Maybe. However, it's just a blurb saying go look at this blog post that has nothing to do with this question (at a site with a domain similar to my username). So, while we might choose to flag it as NAA, it's a clear case of undisclosed affiliation, which is TP for SD/MS. However, IMO it's something that deserves a spam flag, as it's really nothing other than an advertisement for their blog. If it was related to the question, I might feel a bit better about it.
@Mithrandir I've minimally updated AIM's CSS, which at least gets rid of the inappropriate interference with the messages' background in The Restaurant at the End of the Universe. I still need to add some code to make the icons a bit more visible in there. You'll need to reload the page to get the updated CSS.
