@ArtOfCode the problem I envisage is that it only takes 2 more people to go ‘that looks cool, I want flags’, and then they either clone iBugs code or make their own, and suddenly we’re six flag nuking everything based on a single set of criteria (our reason weight system).
@angussidney Quite a problem to take into account seriously. I'll delay this idea and probably make it less destructive (e.g. flag NAA instead of red).
@angussidney Here's the thing about it: Anyone is welcome to make something like that. If you're right all the time, awesome. But if you're wrong, policy is to treat those flags as your own
Moderators don't take kindly to bad spam flags
We're in a special position. Individuals aren't. Individuals who falsely spam flag stuff, automatically or not, soon find their ability to spam flag stuff taken away.
I don't have a personal issue with it, but I won't defend you if (when) you get yourself in trouble. It's not an organization project, so we can't be responsible for whatever people do with our data.
@Undo Let me help angus clarify. If three people make autoflagging on their own, then there won't be anymore "bad flags" because everything is automatically nuked (which will mark all flags as helpful). This can be devastating to Stack Exchange. That's angus's worry.
@Mithrandir That pattern looks like it's already caught by Potentially bad keyword in answer and Potentially bad keyword in body; append -force if you really want to do that.
