I'd love to be a maintainer for it if offered, but I don't really know JS that well. I'm trying to understand the code change, too. I do also see some odd formatting in phonenumbers.js, but the first /* seems to be there. Strange.
@quartata does that fix you pushed work for you on windows? In all honesty, it doesn't look like it should work on any environment, because multiprocessing in python resets the global state for each child process, so the open_store should return false for each child.
@Jamal you're always welcome to submit pull requests for it - those are much easier for time-strapped people to deal with than needing to change code themselves
@ArtOfCode if it does work, I can guarantee that something will break or behave unreliably down the line when you really really need it. I suggest reinstalling, unless if you have some critical data stuck on the disk that you can't nuke
@quartata I don't think it's working. I'm on mobile right now so I can't paste a trace, but I was getting exceptions when running daemon because when it passes off to entry store was undefined. I'll troubleshoot later though.
Store was decrypting properly but as soon as the child processes started there was no store
oh, and @quartata, can you go to ci.appveyor.com/team when you get a chance and set up permissions? Charcoal-SE/owners for administrator access, and SmokeDetectors for user access
@quartata ah, there you go. Owners should exist now - you can move admin to owners, and nextgenners to user. I guess you'll retain admin anyway, being the host
