Maybe. But the answers seem to match the Q's, at least at first glance.

@BrockAdams Then he should be flagging the questions as dupes, not posting identical answers.

They are all answers to old questions as well - another spammer sign.

Not arguing too hard. But, he may just be making an honest attempt to help and self promote acceptably. I didn't flag but did cast a delete vote or two.

And you saw my comments on the answers...

i'd say his promoting his YT channel is okay, if he says he made the video (so exposes his disclosure), and the video linked is actually relevant to the question at hand.

but just my 2c

ideally, he'd also timeskip the intro, but this is not a perfect world.
