@ArtOfCode, Why does MS not show my feedback here? An example post that I have provided feedback on is here. At one point I had your remove my MS account. Is this why?

@angussidney Yeah, but I totally understand that. If they just hand it out to everyone who asks it might compromise the quality of the feedback and thus make things less efficient if wrong feedback is given. Better to watch from the sidelines for a while to see how things work.
@Oldskool However we're a bit more lenient than they are, so if you ping one of these people I reckon they'd add you to the list, and I'd be happy to support your request
If you also make a MetaSmoke account here and get it review approved you can link your SE account to it and view your feedback. You'll then also be able to use Art's automatic feedback userscript
In fact If you're going to want feedback privs I would recommend you go for a MS account, too
@undo @ArtOfCode @hichris123 Oldskool has created a MS account (id 38) and wants to be on the privileges list for charcoal HQ. I made a PR for that. I think its safe to give him a shot.
The problem smokey has isn't caused because smokey violated the backoff, its caused because smokeye expects a certain string in the reply of the SE api, because its required by the documentation, but doesn't find this field (quota_remaining)
@Magisch also shrug... It might be better to roll them all into one or two longer pages with more subsections, rather than twenty short pages? Don't know.
@Magisch Yes, but the wiki section already mentions that in the conditions. So in that case 'f' should be appropriate. But thanks for clearing it up :)

@Oldskool there are a number of things like that. A feedback can either say (a) just the username, if it's from chat; (b) "From Review", if it's from review on metasmoke, or (c) "From <AppName>" if it's from an application that created the feedback via the MS API.
ArtOfCode/FDSC is the name attached to the userscript I wrote that automatically sends feedback if you cast a spam flag.
the difference in tp- and tpu- is in blacklisting the user, we don't want to blacklist a user who has many good posts, as all his good posts are also reported when mokey sees them, and he in on the blacklist, but if a spammer posts a new post from his account, then we want to have the spammer on the blacklist
