* I *, think it's spam, but that site seems to encourage similar answers. Also the user is responsive with comments and edits. So, this is spam with a personal touch.
So, yes, we should flag em all. There's a chance it can be stopped without needing a mod.

@Ferrybig Not new, the domain name is just entered as a bad keyword because it appeared separately, "intellipaat". It matches the site just as well, so isn't duplicated in the list. (which is getting very long).
^ I don't consider this spam. The text is copied from the site, which is exactly what people do when they want to recommend a resource and can't write in English.
@Marshmallow The user made an account for this. And recommending a ressource for making text bold in HTML, months after the Q was asked, in a thoroughly spammy way, makes me consider this hard spam
I'm not comfortable with how the personal information stuff is being communicated and used. Right now, it's 3 SE mods that can see stuff. That's fine - but there is no agreement covering what they can use on metasmoke (whereas on SE they had to agree to the the mod agreement). Additionally, if MS gets larger and needs more admins, who is to say they will all be SE mods?
There are plenty of great users here that aren't mods
