some URL shorteners are prohibited, for example, so it should not be hard

The problem is that if spammers see their posts are blocked, they will immediately switch to other site names.

So it has to be a different mechanism than the URL shortener blocks.

I was using vim to edit the SSH config on the server, and then it fubared and blew up so I had to force kill

problem is, the PID was only one off from the Smokey pid

so...
