been using tamper resistant outlets. sometimes its a bitch to plug stuff in as the resistance is a pain to get through, but someday when we have kids, i wont have to worry about it

@lsiunsuex we had BX cable and non-grounded outlets throughout the house, so I just bought the contractor packs of TR receptacles and went to town

should get that early so I can get the wall vent too

@lsiunsuex I agree that they are sometimes tricky to line up to overcome the plate, and I do end up sometimes flipping the plug more times than needed, but now it's done and no need to worry

I ordered a wi-fi extender on amazon, I found it actually made a new SSID instead of the same one on a new channel, so devices didn't easily roam between them, and I returned it, and they didn't accept it because it had hazardous materials in it

I had to escalate, and they gave me a credit for it, but they still didn't want it back

I had to wonder how they were able to ship it to me, but I was not able to ship it to them

Yeh, but you don't have a rubber stamp certification to ship something out that has a lithium ion battery in it. Since lithium ion batteries can explode in airplane cargos, they require you to have a special rubber stamp certification to ship something out so that it gets packed, categorized, and handled correctly by ups. Don't ask me, it's about as effective as the TSA and twice as stupid.
