11:02 AM
There's a script going around for automatic unicoin mining.

meh
it'l be gone soon anyway
BTW - will you be available tonight? There is a small chance we could still meet.
Well.. not so small.. 50/50

Yes.

11:41 AM
@InbarRose I mean, I can stand the comic sans but the light cyan is just unbearable. I payed to stop it.

@besw I can try to give a good answer, my statistical math has never really been all that strong but there is always room for improvement!
@waxeagle you wanted me to write a question about weapon properties such as the vanguard weapon and whether or not the rules made them have to be used if they didnt explicitly state so?
I think I may finally have some time to write said question up

@JoshuaAslanSmith I'd appreciate it. The question needs some good solid quantifiability answers.

12:11 PM
@Zachiel Those are pictures.
Morning all

12:28 PM
@waxeagle Thanks for stepping in.

@BESW yeah, at least I'll be a second voice in addition to yours telling him that arguing against RAW in 4e is dumb

4e does not equal RAW, there are plenty of people that pick it up as their first rpg just because it's on the bookstore shelf. This answer is valid since the question does not say "raw rules only, no advice." — mxyzplk ♦ 26 secs ago

@JoshuaAslanSmith yeah
@BESW ugh

Yeah, I'm done.

@BESW That kind of commentary needs to find its way to meta and get handled. That answer is an inexpert way of looking at 4e and should not be acceptable here

12:37 PM
I have a really hard time seeing how a question about how many units of speed a griffon loses if it's mounted isn't asking for rules.

@BESW well...the best response is to provide an expert answer. Working on that now

On an entirely different note, I have an idea for a twosie RPG.

The player, of course, is Ganesh.

lol

Hey, @trogdor!

hi

12:46 PM
Somebody's asking for the troll-lock build. Which version would you suggest I give them?
Troll-lock or trolladin?
I'm thinking troll-lock, because it was focused more heavily on the actual trollage.

I don't see why not to give them both
but yeah, if it really comes down to choice
I would say the lock version
the pally version also had some healy stuff thrown in, and had more feats that it needed to throw in to make the same combo work
plus, eyebite had a lower to hit for the pally one

Yeah, that was awkward.

the only upside was being able to use the mark all the time
I think the pally version also let you use eyebite as much as you wanted?
but the lower to hit is sad
and if you spam eyebite with low to hit it just isn't the same troll factor

Seriously, though, Ganesh vs Nazis seems like the perfect context for a big "roll handfuls of d20s" system something like that one @Magician was talking about a few months ago.

Mythender?
Mythender!
Handfuls of d6s, but yeah
Amusingly, we currently have an NPC called Ganesha in our Eclipse Phase game. He likes elephants.

1:01 PM
@waxeagle My votey unicorn gives your answer a thumbs up.

Thanks

I have 64 unicoins

@Aaron If only there was a 1:1 unicoin-to-unicorn exchange.

@BESW Lol.

1:13 PM
@BESW Are you saying unicoin is not based on unicorn standard? Madness. Time to cash out.

So do any of the power ups actually do anything?

@Aaron They change how your interface looks.

I'm predicting a great unicoin crash. It was a bubble, fueled by unsustainable mining. It has already burst in some parts of the world. Spend it while you still can. Soon enough, you wouldn't be able to buy a single dried unicorn hoof for a million unicoins.

@Aaron They're various UI hacks, replacing CSS colors/styles or changing text in some places.

@lisardggY Ah.

1:26 PM
ok, I almost like the colorful comments

I wonder if they'll release the Unicorn Powers as standalone greasemonkey/userscripts.

@BESW dammit, now I'm thinking of statting up Hitler in Mythender.

1:50 PM
@BESW - Did Myx seriously do that shit in a 4e question?
Is that where we've gone now?

mhmm.

I feel you, Lord

@Magician I cannot think of a better application for the principle that if a thing has stats, it is automatically a target.

I may work out something on meta for this specific issue, because encouraging terrible 4e answers makes me mad.

@waxeagle Please do. It shouldn't come from Gareth or I.

@BESW Will work on it now, and it will probably find it's way out later today

2:00 PM
@BESW By that measure, Hitler should have stats in any game where he could at all be featured. And most where he can not.

It's probably good that my presence will be limited via tablet for a while.

@BESW This. BESW is involved and I rather famously hate Myx's guts

@Lord_Gareth I'm not a member of his fanclub by any means

But that rage you're feeling right now, @waxeagle? That's what he inspires in me in those 3.5/PF question threads that I bring into here.
Especially when he engages in comment wars to put me/us down and flame us, then deletes them and acts superior about it.
So, y'know
For all future reference

2:03 PM
@Lord_Gareth I understand (always have). He's also too brusque on meta for my taste. Part of that though is the position he's been put in, he's the most active mod and any suggestion to petition for a new mod or two has so far been ignored.

I'm very sympathetic; mods have to deal with the worst the site has to offer, and that's rough. And almost always they all do a very good job of separating personal feelings from mod actions--I admire the restraint every mod on this site has shown in that regard.
But non-moderating-specific behaviour should be held to a certain standard whether it's taken by a mod or not, and certainly in this particular case a mod made a call which did not seem justified in the context.

Q: a few questions bout mounts

petOne of my players who is playing a warden uses a griffin as a mount. Besides being able to fly, he also gains a lot bigger range than his regular move speed is. This seems a huge advantage to me and I fear that now all players want to have a mount to fly over every trap or encounter they might ge...

haha thats an amazing new who gif
thats one of the few new who episodes I really liked

I have... issues with it. [sigh]

2:09 PM
Totally stolen from this:

But then, it's a self-indulgent farewell to Ten, and so it basically encapsulates everything I have issues with about Ten's whole run.

Well donna is like the only new who companion I liked and I rewally liked all the side bits about donna's father in general
its a totally silly writing mechanic that forces what happens
terribly artificial

Donna is an annoying one-note character based on geographic and class-based stereotypes (She's a TEMP! from CHISWICK!) which she never quite overcomes. Being better than most of the other companions isn't a big hurdle.
But yes, Wilfred is hands-down awesome.

are we talking about this comment? Please clarify how much you want pure rules answers and whether you'd also like GM advice and technique. – mxyzplk♦ 2 mins ago

@JoshuaAslanSmith No, this one.
Which is in response to my flag.

2:12 PM
Ill totally give you the british lower middle to upper lowclass stereotype bit, its true

The reasons for which I made clear in the comments.

But leaving that aside, I have lots of issues with that two-parter in particular.

@waxeagle have you opened a meta question on it?

First and foremost being that it killed Eleven's chances with the Tennant fans, carefully and methodically.

2:13 PM
hahaha

"I don't want to go," and all that blather about how regeneration is like dying.
Compare it to Nine's regeneration, where he's smiling and joking and reassuring Rose--and the audience--that it'll still be him.

the series is super inconsistent about that

In that case, the director and producer and cast were all remaining; only Eccleston was leaving, and it was handled very very well.

Q: How should we properly handle answers that show a clear lack of system mastery?

wax eagleI'm sure this is a problem in other tags, but it seems to come up relatively often in 4e and I feel like most of the time we handle it well. However, today was an exception. A few questions about mounts Was asked and while there are some questions there that merit advice, but largely the quest...

@BESW ah you think it was sabotage

2:15 PM
Then, when the cast, director, and producer were leaving too, we got a whingy "Eleven isn't really the Doctor" script that spent half an hour reminding us--with massive emotional musical swells--how awesome all the stuff about Ten was and that we won't get it anymore.

@JoshuaAslanSmith It sure looks like it.

@waxeagle thanks, taking a look

If it wasn't intentional, it still had that effect.

@waxeagle I may write up an answer for it as well

2:19 PM
Add in the fact that the John Simm version of the Master has as much to do with the previous version of the Master as the Heath Ledger version of the Joker had to do with previous versions of that character (in both cases the newer version is slicker and sexy and fun to watch, but has very little of the personality or motive of the previous versions).

my fundamental issue with it is that the answerer basically said "stop playing 4e" which isn't an appropriate response. The words were "mold 4e to your needs" but the actual substance was "stop playing 4e"

Their flashbacks to the Master's youth and the gimmick with the drums totally re-cast everything the Master's ever done as Time-Lord-induced insanity which nobody ever mentioned and which is hard to see even trying to look back with that information in mind, as well as destroying a very interesting and clever bit of Gallifreyan culture from the novels.
(A bit of culture, by the way, which was being set up for a reveal before Old Who got cancelled.)
Throw in a bunch of totally unnecessary plot holes and silliness in the episode itself, and it's just a great fuzzy mess that spits on its predecessors and the people who were about to take up its mantle, while milking every bit of premature nostalgia for the bits of the show that the makers of the episode were involved in.

Don't get me wrong, I loved the portrayal of the Time Lords as being so insanely arrogant that they'd rather destroy all of creation than lose face, and Wilfred was great even when he had stupid lines to say.
Rassilon's Power Glove (it's so bad!) was unnecessary, but Dalton filled the role perfectly.
And that IS pretty much how Rassilon would behave, upon being resurrected from his immortal slumber to command the slovenly, corrupt, and lazy remains of the once-great people which he "single-handedly" (once he killed Omega and drove the Other to suicide so he could take their credit) created in a war against a mighty time-travelling race of pepperpot mutants who could give him a run for his money in the megalomania department.
I have this mental canon which is defied by the first part of The Day of the Doctor, but to which I cleave most feverishly, about how the Time Lords, desperate to win against the Daleks, resurrected Rassilon despite President Romana's express orders. His first act was to have Romana executed for treason --because she didn't want to use the most powerful universe-cracking weapons against the Daleks-- and then order the use of their most powerful universe-cracking weapons.
And that is what drives the Doctor to use the Moment.
As Rassilon is ripping the universe apart, creating paradoxes and wiping entire galaxies out fighting across time and space in a battle with the Daleks to retroactively have already been going to do whatever it takes to win the war, and he's losing, the creator of the Time Lords decides that it's better to destroy everything, and he'll use the Moment to do it--but the Doctor steals it first.

2:38 PM
man, this chat room should have a "doctor who spoilers" warning on it.

Spsh, I'm just talking about my fanfic now.

Doesn't matter to me anyway.
I don't watch it.

I give spoilers a week grace period, then a month or so of caution. After that if you're not spoilt, you're taking precautions that preclude jumping into chats like this one.
@Magician Does Ars Magica do time travel?

Am I missing something about the issue SSD has raised in meta? I can't see how it is any different to any other incorrect answer we get on the site

Because I'm wondering if Hitler's Time Travel Exemption Act works coming from the other way.

2:47 PM
@Phil the problem isn't that the answer is incorrect. It's that there's no system mastery. It's ignorant system bashing

@Phil I'll direct you to Myx snottily defending it

and moderators defending it
there isn't anything technically wrong about the answer.

@Lord_Gareth I'm not interested in whether a particular mod that some people have issues with has defended it or not. I am interested in whether the fact that someone has provided an incorrect answer is any different to the many other incorrect answers we get

It would be like me answering a Java question on SO with Javascript.
while dissing OOP

@BESW Time travel is one of big things that magi haven't figured out how to do. It's possible to break this limit as original research, though.

2:50 PM
@BESW "The other way" ?

Inventing time travel to move forward in time to kill Hitler. I like it.

@Phil I suggest you get interested. The mod getting involved sends the message that the answer is legitimate, that it's correct and desirable.

If this turns into a mod-bashing exercise then the people complaining aren't complaining about the answer at all. I hadn't even noticed an issue with the tone of the mod response, and the fact that has been brought up as an issue tells me this isn't about the question or answer for some of you but more about ongoing issues with a particular moderator

A more subtle person would, potentially, try to prevent bad things from happening by working on it from a variety of angles, undermining the causes. But no. Magi are just mad enough to go straight for Hitler.

Why would they want to kill him?
If he even existed in their universe.

2:53 PM
@BESW Are you still awake?

What reason would they have for traveling forward in time just to kill someone. Someone who has no effect on them at all in their present time?
Wouldn't it be better to spend their time shaping that possible future in a better way for them?

There are as many different ways of approaching running rpgs as there are GMs. This particular answerer offers a solution that I agree is not a good fit with 4e at all, but that does not invalidate the answer. It may well work with his group of players, we just don't know. The answer has attracted three downvotes, signifying that there are users that don't like it, which is great and shows the system is working as it should. Full stop, move along etc

@Phil still not understanding what mxy is doing defending it and stomping on discussion. He's validating crappy answers and poisoning the well for mechanical playstyles.

If anything, ask the answerer whether they have any experience with running 4e in this way

@Phil tried, mxy deleted my comment

2:56 PM
Ah, now that is a different issue on which I agree with you

@InbarRose I suspect you're missing the point. We'd be traveling forward in time to kill Hitler. Justifications can be found.

@Magician Why kill Hitler when you can give him an art school scholarship in the States instead?

It doesn't invalidate the answer itself though

@BESW Well, to leave you a note, I left this comment on @waxeagle's mounted combat answer.
@waxeagle "Remember, that if PCs take up specific tactics, then the monsters should too." BESW has a similar ethos he's expressed which might be worth incorporating; it goes something like this: "Whichever way you can break the game, the NPCs can break ten times better. But they won't begin breaking it unless you do." Or, put differently, he lets his players show him where they'd like the line drawn. — Jonathan Hobbs 1 min ago

But you are just doing exactly the same thing as anyone who came from the future would.
Only you personally don't feel the effects.

2:57 PM
I'm not sure if this is exactly how you put it but I think I'm pretty close.

@Phil rpg.stackexchange.com/questions/35706/… sums it up better than I am right now

3:12 PM
@BESW haha yes timothy dalton was great for it

If you kill Hitler, does Himmler do a more evil job?

@GMNoob doubtable that the third reich would continue as is without hitler

Well...

@Joshua not continue, begin. :)
Or Eichman, or whomever was the nastiest "on the ground" peeps

his cult of personality combined with forcing the generals to swear allegiance to him is sort of the only thing that kept things going despite all the obvious reasons as to why he should not be in power or making strategic and tactical decisions

3:18 PM
Hitler made many "mistakes" which otherwise would have won him the war (potentially) - no Hitler means that it's possible these mistakes would not have been made

Im quite certain that if the leading generals were 1 allowed to act fully and without interference that russia couldve been knocked out of the war in 1942

See, my theory is that a Beuracracy run by evil people, is much more dangerous than a cult of personality.

now whether peace with germany was politically viable or no is another question altogether

Also ... the Nazi party wasn't entirely Hitlers idea. He just rose to the top among many others with similar ideology.

The allies were not able to make seperate peace with germany because of agreements signed at yalta because stalin was paranoid about being betrayed by the west

3:21 PM
@InbarRose damn, TV Tropes beat me to it.

@GMNoob haha

@waxeagle I dont know if I have enough for a real answer on the meta but my comment about issues with the advice given in the bad answer being specifically uberwrong for 4e is about what I would say in an answer

It is only a rules wonk mindset that interprets this question as "only about the rules." From another point of view, the guy is throwing out 6 random mini-questions basically about how he can limit the superpower he sees with a character having a flying mount. A legitimate answer to that is "don't micromanage the rules about how fast a griffon can climb, use this approach instead." You know, it's real simple for the OP to clarify if they want pure rules or advice, how about you let them clarify their question instead of just pushing your agenda unremittingly? Thanks. — mxyzplk ♦ 7 mins ago
lost cause

3:36 PM
@waxeagle I have to contend with mxyzplk saying 4e does not equal raw. 4e is all about raw first and foremost then only after that rai.

How about people stop trying to pretend this is about this specific question, and instead make a meta question about what they feel the real issue is here - that you think a particular mod is overstepping their responsibilities

until then, this chat is a mess of resentment that isn't a fun place to be around
it comes up again and again, and each time it is the same or similar people complaining, but nothing ever actually gets done. If you have an issue with a particular mod then there are processes to deal with it.

@Phil as much as this may involve issues between users and the mod in question its also a serious topic because of how it affects all 4e questions past, present, and as yet unasked

So separate the two
because at the moment, mixing them up is not helping your argument about 4e at all

3:40 PM
@Phil doesn't help that said mod is anti-4e

@waxeagle was about to say that its hard to separate when the mod in question is actively supporting a view about 4e that is the issue with the answer

What the hell did I miss?
Is this still about that 4e mount answer?

@Aaron yeah

All it sounds like at the moment is small minded bickering from both sides. I believe the whole 4e thing is certainly worth clarification, but the way you are mixing the mod issue in with it is just messing the whole argument up, and making it virtually impossible to focus on the actual question and answer that prompted the initial issue

@waxeagle What is this about a mod overstepping?

Q: Can D&D Fourth Edition be played effectively in a non-gamist manner?

mxyzplkI'd like to ask a question that's been brewing for a while. A lot of the answers and comments on this site seem to be from people who play 4e and are insistent that the right way/only way/best way to play 4e is from a gamist perspective - in other words, the game rules come first, above the in-g...

protects and adds a bounty, classy

I dont understand how that is a successful argument its still playing 4e outside 4e's intent
@waxeagle I only noticed that just now because you said it and was merely sharing it because he posted it inresponse to me on your meta

While people continue to making sniping remarks, I am going to bow out of this discussion. It really frustrates me that the people who always get involved in this crappy bickering are high rep users who know what avenues are available in the situation. If you have a damn issue with a mod then use the damn processes that are set up to deal with it.

@waxeagle question posted I might edit it up some more but the core of the question should remain the same

Q: Do weapon properties only trigger when said weapon is used?

Joshua Aslan SmithThis question is in response to my answer for Do Properties of magic weapons stack when using Two-Weapon Fighting? which I deleted because of contention. anyone know a good primer for statiscial mathematics?

4:03 PM
@Phil Okay, this statement right here is rank bullshit of the highest degree. I went seeking those processes, and what I got told is that I've got to spend time stalking the person in question, collecting all of their statements with screen caps and the like, and then turn it in to the Stack's leadership.
2
You got that kind of time?
Because some of us have, you know, jobs. Life.
I can't invest the time it takes to use the process involved in handling a toxic mod.

@Phil "the same or similar"?

4:21 PM
@besw writing a draft report for the Seeker in MS Word 2010 because I feel like this is going to take some time. Thanks though its a great reason for me to actually learn 'statistics

I'm surprised nobody brought up this meta topic that we were all on about a few weeks ago. meta.rpg.stackexchange.com/questions/3318/…
Which mxyz himself brought up and answered, quite well IMO.

@lisardggY it was implicitly brought up

I'm not a big 4e player, and in general I disagree with the "this is how you should play" answers and agree with mxyz that just because someone happens to be playiing 4e doesn't mean he's committed to a single style of play, but I do think that the original answer was exactly the sort of bad challenging of assumptions that we want to discourage.
But, as someone up here stated a while ago, that's not the real issue here, is it?

4:47 PM
@lisardggy I just posted this on jon hobbs answer to wax's meta but I think a lot of the issue is that non-4e players assume Rule Zero is in effect whereas 4e does not have rules zero published in any of its books. Its not an assumption of the 4e system to bend and change and break the rules as you see fit.

4:58 PM
OP responded with a very productive response.

oooh il go take a look
@sevensideddie had to laugh at your comment response I do think rules zero does not apply in 4e except in cases where the rules are in conflict by accident

@JoshuaAslanSmith I have to disagree. D&D is a game. People meet up to have fun. This isn't a regulated sports tournament. 4e tends towards the tactical, and tactical works best when the rules are clear to everyone and surprise rulings don't pop up unexpectedly, but there's a lot of distance between that and "4e is RAW only".

5:16 PM
@Lord_Gareth I appreciate the swearing, thanks, really, thanks. My point is that there is a process. The fact that you have made a judgment not to carry it through is your choice and your choice alone.
The alternative that you and others are following, is that any time an issue comes up where you can point a finger at the mod in question for doing something you perceive as wrong, however tangential it is to the actual issue being discussed, and whether or not others agree that the mods behaviour actually merits criticism, you turn it into mod bashing, often still trying to pretend that the arguments relate to the original issue.
This makes the chat unpleasant, and the site generally look a great deal more confrontational than it actually generally is. I like this site a lot, and this kind of stuff really does it no favours at all.

Y'know, I also generally like this site, but it gets frustrating to be told over and over that the only recourse I have to handle conflict is to spend an order of several months of time stalking someone.
If you've got the time for that, more power to you. I've got a family to support, a house I'm not making rent on, school, and a job.

happier note, my wife just sent me a link to this: thinkgeek.com/product/1ba4/?pfm=af14_homepage_Featured_2_1ba4

...That is beautiful

took me a minute to realize what day it is...unfortunately

@waxeagle Noooooo!!!
Damnit I forgot as well.

5:21 PM
I so want that to be real

@Aaron the good news? TG 4/1 products often actually get made

@waxeagle you mean 1/4?

At least this year they don't have the Canned Unicorn Meat April's fool product, which kept getting linked to as real, even months afterwards.

Googles joke is kinda lackluster compared to last years.

@Aaron depends on your localization :)

5:22 PM
@waxeagle Oh.

@lisardggY they now actually manufacture that :)

@waxeagle really? :D

(that's a real listing, not an April fool)

Oh, awesome.

The seem to now use it as a product concept test
like the can stein, I bet that becomes a real product
there is usually a survey on the second or third about which ones you liked and which ones you'd like to see as real produts

5:26 PM
damn, it's not available in the UK

@waxeagle can stein?

Y'know for awhile in the Victorian era there was a noble family offering a staggering reward for the capture of a live unicorn.

Because it was on their family crest.

@waxeagle I am buying that for my mt dew.
Just need to convince my GF I need it. XD

5:29 PM
@Aaron lol. I'll let you know if it ever comes to market :)

@waxeagle You said that is a real product now right?
or it probably will be?

@Aaron I said it looks like one of the viable ones on their April Fool list this year

@waxeagle Oh. :(

[Goes to write answer, realizes it doesn't fit tags, writes as comment instead]
Godspeed I Can Chan
Hope comment helps

Is think geek sfw?

5:34 PM
@Aaron def
little if any profanity and they don't have a lingerie line or anything

@waxeagle I don't minf profanity. It was the second part I was worried about.
If there is one thing I know about geeks we are some of the kinkiest bastards out there.

@Aaron true 'nuf

5:48 PM
@waxeagle hope that becomes a real product

@JoshuaAslanSmith same

as with all nerf mini-darts though, cleanup is a B#$$%
so doing a choices analysis before my damage and to-hit analysis and already things are just stacked against the 4e seeker

@JoshuaAslanSmith lol, I was going to delve into that this week if I found the time, and so far havent

16 class and 58 primal powersource feats vs. wizard's 53 class feats and 127 arcane feats, and the invoker's 82 class feats and 295 divine feats
I think invoker and wizard are the right 2 other controllers to compare it to

Why!
I already had time sinks. Why did you have to show me this site!

5:52 PM
@Aaron bounty

58 primal I should say not 158

@Aaron oh TG? because it's awesome. BTW unless it's an exclusive, shop around, they aren't usually the cheapest place to buy.

I think he is referring to thinkgeek and not a 4e question since aaron has no 4e experience

specially if you already have Prime for free 2-day shipping on amazon

I meant Think Geek

5:56 PM
@waxeagle prime is so good
and so terribly corrupting
Free shipping on orders over 25 dollars corrupts, free shipping on all orders corrupts absolutely *

*prime eligible products aka those sold by amazon vs. 3rd party

the fact that I can order nearly anything and have it on my door step 2 (sometimes 1) day(s) later is incredibly powerful :)

Q: What are Stack Overflow unicoins?

Saqib SabirRecently I saw a widget on the Stack Overflow website which says Stack Overflow now has its own currency called "unicoins". According to this widget, a user can earn reputation, customize Stack Overflow by changing its colors and the user can also remove the vote down button from their questions ...

and now my avatar is next to all dnd-4e questions
maybe only for me?

@JoshuaAslanSmith I think so.

dream: get WOTC to sponser D&D tags

6:13 PM
oh my gosh that would be awesome
WOTC always seems so desperate for player cash though
not MTG desperate but yeah

@JoshuaAslanSmith heh, well what better place to spend their advertising budget than on a site or gamers

Oh I agree
has anyone from wizards ever danced over here though (as far as we know)?

@JoshuaAslanSmith not that I know of. I should totally reach out to Trevor and see if he's aware of us

What does it mean to sponsor a tag?

@waxeagle which version of the wizard is the traditional one, the arcanist or the mage?
and should it matter for my comparison
@waxeagle nvm arcanist, from phb1

6:22 PM
phb era characters should probably be compared to each other, but I wouldn't worry much about that

So, rocks that melt?

@waxeagle seeker is phb3

@JoshuaAslanSmith couldn't remember if it was 2 or 3....that's late enough that it could go either way IMO
PHB3 saw them start to experiment with the AEDU model

maybe Ill throw psion into the mix as well (also from phb3) since brian name dropped it and since its from a different powersource (psionic)

@JoshuaAslanSmith worth examining it alongside the others, though probably trickier

6:37 PM
hmmm yes maybe Ill exclude it but mention it in my conclusion since powerpoints and how you spend them is another variable that makes psions really complicated

@JoshuaAslanSmith Do you have the Hunter in your analysis?

right now I dont
I could add it
I wasnt necessarily trying to get every power source but thats a good point

@JoshuaAslanSmith The only real reason I mention the Hunter was because of the ref in the original question. It would help explain why that's the better alternative given

good point

@JoshuaAslanSmith Slideshows are not that easy to produce as it seems ;)

8:55 PM
Hmm. I wonder how hard it would be to build a class that is like a mime only his acting is real. Like when he tugs on a rope an invisible rope is actually there.

Do you mean a new class?

@JoshuaAslanSmith There are at least some historians who would disagree. For instance, the idea to actually go after Russia's production base - the south and Leningrad - seems to have come from Hitler, while most German generals were much more intent on taking Moscow, even though the payoff was much less.

Looks like the Doctor got into the April Fool's hijinks.
THIS is NOT the TARDIS!! WHERE is the DOCTOR!?!? http://t.co/1VZOXlZvFT
