Could someone help me out? I'm not sure what "issant" means in this sentence and I can't really find much information on it
"ir: issant au participe présent"
The context is discussing verb groups and their endings

@aman207 It means that verbs ending in "ir" will end in "issant" instead, starting from the same place, when conjugated in the participe présent
e.g. choisir -> choisissant
