Generating permalinks on latest.html also link to the latest.html. Wouldn't this break a lot of stuff?

@lyxal so, I have some good news regarding our current version deploy process

I'm 90% sure that I have a way to make it both more streamlined and more pretty

the bundler that I'm attempting to use for the new landing page has the ability to have multiple targets and change what an import resolves to depending on the target used

so what if we could change the Pages deployment workflows to run the same bundler with two different targets?

for the latest interpreter it would resolve Vyxal imports to the bleeding-edge ones in the repo, and for the version archives it would resolve them to the locally downloaded files
