@user @pxeger the reason I have the try: import lexer except: import vyxal.lexer as lexer is because if I try and just import lexer, py_test errors saying it can't find the library. If I try just import vyxal.lexer, the parser file errors

hence when I have both

Now that the lexer and parser are done, we can move onto the fun stuff

Fun stuff being the compiler and the element functions

Some things that need planning (I'll start a discussion with these so everyone can add their own feedback):

- Generic element template

- python equivalents for each structure

- what order elements should be implemented

- who implements which element

- detailed context specification

That's just off the top of my head
