I have finished the manual edits of the pre-2000 UCDavis arxiv front links. There "only" remain the 2000–2007 links in posts and comments. The latter just need a reply with an updated link, and ideally some other paper identifying information, to help people recognise the paper at a glance if they are familiar with it. The nearly 200 other links will take some time to work through, since I am honour-bound to not mass edit these myself.
