@MartinSleziak The tag no longer exists and it is not shown in the revision history. So it was most likely removed by the script which removes tags with single occurrence after a certain time.

This seems to be a confirmation that on per-site-metas the interval is 12 months rather than 6 months: What are the differences between tag pruning on main sites and their metas? The tag still existed in June, but it is gone now.
